When stress, what kind of face is it? No, it feels like a scream of heartache. But hope is still hope. The intention of the heart is to feel punished and deceived, but where it may be.

Usually, every day we will experience a high level of concern. With the burden of GST on daily expenses, household problems and work problems, it all impacts your life.

Spending a deferred work and managing a family feels like a very tough task. While everyone knows that stress is worthless and unproductive, you still worry about things you can not change.

However, this is a big mistake. When you are depressed, you are immersed in negative thinking and you can not focus on things that are good and sooner or later you feel weak and sick.

5. REWARD YOURSELF
Even if you feel you are not doing something great today, do not forget to reward yourself. Especially when you feel desperate or feel very stressful. No matter how small or great your achievement is, it's worthwhile to remind yourself of the great work you do today.

When it comes to office in the morning, try dhuha prayers first. Done dhuha prayers, just get back to work. Make it a habit.

If at night, try to practice tahajjud prayers when everyone is asleep . Communicate with God, devote what is in your heart.
